Secure Corporate AI Brain

You can't ban AI.

You can make it yours.

Your company's brain — inside the perimeter you choose.

The problem nobody mentions

Your team already uses AI.
Just not yours.

  • Contracts, specs, financial models and client data go into public chatbots — from work browsers and personal phones

  • A ban doesn't stop the usage. It makes the usage invisible.

  • This is not a complaint about your team: they move faster than your tools allow

From day one — a sanctioned channel and a full audit log.

At the next audit you show control, not intentions.

Your perimeter

No logs. No undo.

Critical risk

someone else's model

The problem you see every day

Your company knows more
than it can recall

01

New hires

Onboarding is done — then weeks of "how do we do this here?" The manager becomes the help desk

02

After a change

You roll out a new process. "Everyone read the update." Three weeks later you find a team still doing it the old way

03

Every day

Nobody finds the answer in thirty seconds — so they ask a colleague. Or don't, and guess

The cost isn't the minutes spent searching — it's the mistake made from last year's version of the document.

How it works

Your Secure Corporate Brain and AI assistant

01

Learn your knowledge

Drive, SharePoint, file shares, email

02

Index inside your perimeter

Files stay where they are

03

Ask in Slack or Teams

Plain language, no commands

04

An answer with a source

A link to the document and its version

Your documents stay where they are.

We don't migrate files — we build an index.

The assistant lives in Slack and Teams: DMs, channels, threads. No slash commands. Web is for administration only.

Capabilities

One assistant — your team's entire working loop

Call transcripts

Commitments, decisions and dated tasks — on their own

Email and calendar

A personal assistant for everyone: today, promises made, who's waiting

Team CRM and tasks

Updated from plain language, with no separate app

Morning digest

Overdue items, this week's deadlines, what's stuck and with whom

External sources

Registries, regulations, tenders, partner databases

All of it in Slack or Teams.

No new app to learn.

Two limits that apply here

No write without your approval. The assistant shows a diff — you hit Apply.

No answer in the documents — it says "I don't know". And names the person who does. It never invents one.

Why this won't die like a wiki

You don't write the knowledge base.
It writes itself.

1

A question with no answer

The assistant sees what the documents don't cover

2

Whoever answered in chat

Gets offered a single click

3

A draft procedure

The owner confirms — status and review date

One month into the pilot you get the list of questions your company has no written answer to.

That list is worth having even if you never buy from us.

Core architecture

You choose the perimeter

Four levels. One product. Change the level, not the workflow.

L2

Where knowledge lives

Your VPC, your servers

What leaves the perimeter

Text only, never files

L3

Where knowledge lives

Your servers, your GPUs

What leaves the perimeter

Nothing

L4

Air-Gapped

Where knowledge lives

Your servers, no internet

What leaves the perimeter

Nothing

  • Documents labelled Confidential never reach a cloud model — your administrator sets the rule

  • Permissions are inherited from the source: the assistant never shows anyone what they can't already open

  • Email and calendar are visible only to their owner. Changing level changes the perimeter, not the product

We don't tidy up your files — that's your job.

We show you where the mess is costing you money.

Live demo

From Slack message to CRM update

Tell TAL what happened. It extracts entities, matches your CRM and shows a diff. You click Apply.

TAL — Slack DM
🔍
Entity extraction
TAL identifies people, companies and opportunities from natural language — no structured input needed.
🔗
CRM matching
Known contacts are matched, unknowns are proposed with variants. TAL never guesses silently.
✅
Diff before every write
Every change is shown as a structured diff. No auto-writes. Your data stays clean because humans approve first.
📋
Tasks auto-created
Next actions and follow-ups become tasks with assignees and due dates — no copy-paste.

FAQ

Common questions

Microsoft Copilot requires your entire stack to be in M365 and sends data through Microsoft's infrastructure. Glean is a great product with no constraints on data location — it's not built for regulated industries. TAL CORE is for organisations that have legal, security or compliance reasons to control where their data goes. You choose the perimeter level; we build around it.

It means the model that reads your documents never leaves the boundary you define. In L1 (Managed Cloud), query fragments leave but your files don't. In L2 (Hybrid), only text leaves, never files. In L3 and L4, nothing leaves — the model runs on your servers. Changing the level changes the architecture, not the product you interact with.

No. Every organisation has a fully isolated data tenant. Your documents, emails and conversations are never used for model fine-tuning. Access grants are immutably logged. The audit log is the first thing a security questionnaire asks for — we built it from day one.

Wikis require someone to write and maintain them. TAL CORE indexes what already exists and surfaces knowledge from conversations, emails and call transcripts automatically. The key difference: after one month you get a list of questions your company has no written answer to. That list is valuable regardless of whether you continue with us.

The Discovery call is 45 minutes. The Assessment (what gets indexed, who sees too much, what is junk) takes 2–3 weeks and produces a report that is yours either way. A Pilot covers one department for 6 weeks with 60 control questions measured before and after.

Google Drive and local files are live. SharePoint, Notion, email and calendar are in active development. For enterprise integrations not on the list, contact us — custom connectors are part of the L2–L4 deployments.
